Traveling Circus

We went to the Circus on Saturday here in Monticello. It was a little traveling circus. The girls woke up that morning and right in my face while I was waking up asked if it was time to go to the Circus. So...we had a countdown going on till 3:00 when we could get ready. Aspyn had a few freak outs thinking we had missed it cause the BIG hand was on the 3 and not the LITTLE hand! LOL. It was a good time. Some of the acts were pretty silly - others were pretty impressive to Tyler and I. It was the dirtiest thing we have ever been too. We were pretty grossed out and wouldn't let our kids touch anything. We got back to the clubhouse and pretty much made the kids scrub in bleach! I came home and put our clothes in the washer that night too. But for a circus coming to us and us not having to go to it - it was a pretty fun night and gave us something else to do besides go for a drive and check on the herd! ;)

Chez wasn't so sure about the whole thing - but warmed up right at the end and of course Aspyn was pumped.

This guy got this swing to the ceiling and did some cool tricks on the rope.

This hula hoop girl was legit. Aspyn loved it. She was awesome with like 50 hula hoops on her.

This Mexico family was pretty cool. The mom went first and did some cool tricks all while the dad held her on the bar with his back. Then the 10 year old twins went.

We got $5 cotton candy that is still sitting on my counter!

Aspyn begged and begged to ride the ponies! I said you ARE NOT riding the freakin ponies when you have your own horse at home!!! I told her she was riding the ELEPHANT instead!!!!!!!! So dang cool!

These guys were awesome. There was 3 guys in this ball. At one point, while they were riding in a circle about half way up the ball - 2 of the guys were holding hands. It was cool!

And then the Elephants did TRICKS!!!

These acrobats were from Circus, Circus in Vegas. They were really impressive.

Good times!!!!!!! The kids loved it so that is all that matters!
