Things Aspyn has said...

* We pulled up to our house on Sunday. Aspyn took one look at it, got a very excited look on her face and said "I yike our new house!!"

* We were driving to Keith and DeAnn's and we went over a bump. When Aspyn saw the bump, she yelled "Hold on Dad!" Then he started driving funny to make the car twist and turn and she started yelling and then got serious and said "Stop!, Dad!"

* Yesterday, Tyler mowed the lawn so naturally the clippings are on the side walk. Today, Aspyn started walking down the walk and she stopped and started grunting her annoyed/distraught grunt when she drops something or something is working out for her and started yelling "dang it honey!" "dang it honey!" She was yelling at her dad (honey) and annoyed that he would make the sidewalk dirty. So funny!

*The other day, she wasn't strapped in sitting in the back. We went down this little hill...when we got to the bottom she yelled "weeeeeeee!!! That was fun mom!"

*Every night, Aspyn winds down by sitting on Tyler's lap with her blankie and bink. They have a little ritual that Tyler asks for "a taste" so Aspyn let's Tyler suck on her binkie for half a second and then Aspyn says "I want a taste" so Tyler gives it back to her. They seriously could play that game all night long if I would let them. It's so adorable to watch.

* Yesterday, we went up to Keith and DeAnn's for a second. DeAnn had her feet up on her bill table and Aspyn started running around the table. Every time she would come to DeAnn's feet, she would yell "Moove it, Granndma!!!" It wasn't a nice friendly asking nicely, it was quite the demand. We were all busting guts laughing. Man, she is one bossy friend!

*Her counting skills...one, three, four, five. She will not say two for the life of her. Tyler was going to put her in her bed for time out the other night, cause he thought she wasn't saying it on purpose. It was a little funny at how frustrated he was with it. I just think she thinks three is two, but she was saying two a month ago so I don't know why she says three. But it is funny how mad she gets when she says she is three and you try and tell her she is two. Its a battle.
